1. Overview
All products at Taiyariyan by Tania are handcrafted and custom-made to order based on your provided measurements, color, and embroidery preferences. Due to this personalized nature, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only approved if:

The product delivered is damaged beyond repair.

The product is completely incorrect (wrong design or item)
- Items must be in the same condition as received in, including tags and packaging, returned in their original packing without damage.
- Ship product back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of package. Tracking and details must be shared on email.
- Returns are not accepted on items that have been used, altered, worn, washed or damaged.
3. Mandatory Conditions for Refund Requests
To be considered for a refund:

You must initiate your request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

An unpacking video from the moment the package is opened is strictly required.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You changed your mind after receiving the order.

Measurement errors were made on the customer’s end.

Minor variations in color, embroidery, or texture occur due to lighting or handwork (standard in artisanal pieces).

Delivery occurred within the communicated time window (standard: 7–14 days, extended in rare cases up to 30 days).
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved:

We will initiate it within 7–10 business days via the original payment method once we receive and verify your returned item.

You will be notified with a confirmation once processed.
