THE VISIONARY BEHIND OUR TAIYARIYAN

Meet the Founder, TANIA

I’ve always known I wanted to create. My journey began at NIIFT, where I studied Textiles, and later at INIFD, where I honed my skills in Fashion Design. But honestly, I never limited myself to just one thing. I explored pottery, textiles, footwear design, styling- anything that would let me work with my hands and create something beautiful. Every experiment, every project, added a new layer to my understanding of design.
In my college days, I was the person who was always sketching silhouettes in the middle of boring lectures, running off to fabric markets. I always had this idea- about creating outfits that feel comfortable for hours, and yet look like they’ve stepped straight out of a dream.

Over time, this love for craft and detail shaped into something bigger, my brand- TAIYARIYAN.

For me, it is the culmination of years of learning, exploring, and dreaming, and trust me......

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

It all began in our little bedroom studio… our first collection, our first photo shoot — and when the pictures came back, it was pure magic! That’s when we knew… when something is made with that much love, you don’t just wear it — you keep it, you cherish it, and it becomes part of your story.

What started as a one-woman dream is now a warm, bustling workshop, where our talented karigars pour their skill and heart into every piece.

Taiyariyan is about making the little moments of preparation just as special as the moment itself — the excitement before your mehendi, the joy of getting ready for a festival, the giggles with your bridesmaids, the glow before a family dinner, or even that quiet second in the mirror when you think, “This is exactly how I wanted to feel.”

Big or small, every event deserves its own kind of preparation — and WE'RE HERE TO BE A PART OF YOURS.
